What are my delivery options?
All orders are dispatched via one of the following options:
In the event of your parcel requiring to be delivered to an outlying area or requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied.
All these orders are sent to the Post Office of your choice using the ‘counter-to-counter’ service of Speed Services, which will normally be delivered to your choice of Post office counter within 48 – 72 hours.

Pretoria, Johannesburg + Sandton, Alberton, Benoni, Midrand, Kempton Park, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, George, Centurion, Nelspruit and Pietermaritzburg.

We post or courier your order to any address in South Africa. You can also collect your order from our business premises free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Courier to major centres / cities is 24 – 72 hours
Courier to outlying can take up to 5 working days
Post Office delivery
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any delivery time frame for Post Office deliveries.
There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that the lead times shown above are the best case scenarios. We do our best to dispatch orders as they come in and we rely on the couriers not experiencing delays themselves, but we cannot guarantee the lead times, they are just estimates. Please add one working day to be safe. If you need to know exactly how long a particular courier delivery will take, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes, public holidays etc. could prolong the delivery time. However if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
