Hands-on: Advanced Technical Fault Solving Course in Johannesburg

Dewhot is hosting an advanced problem solving course at the Parktown North Distribution Centre. The in-depth 1-day course is a practical hands on journey through symptoms/ faults and solutions.
The training is facilitated by our technical expert Marcel, who thoroughly unpacks the fault tree process in a series of practical sessions. Included in this course is an essential pack of spares.

About Marcel

Marcel has been Dewhot’s Technical Manager 7 years. He manages a dedicated technical team who provide exceptional after-sales service. He is responsible solving ALL the technical problems that arise with our product range. Marcel has extensive experience and works very closely with our manufacturers in the continuous enhancement of our products and development our gas water heating technology. Marcel holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and is a Registered Domestic LPG Installer.
