The support guys responded immediately and were very helpful.
I am very impressed with the support they gave, they were on the phone with the installer (Luke from Kilted Gas) until the problem was fixed.
I would definitely recommend Dewhot based on my experience of the support provided when there was a problem.
(Just FYI. The problem was resolved when we fitted a new pressure switch to the pump)
