My recent visit to Dewhot was one of the best choices i made in a long time. Carmen in particular, exceeded my expectations with her kind / profesional manner and extensive knowledge in Dewhot Water heaters. Problems caused by others that couldn't be resolved by two other gas technicians were detected in 2 minutes and all parts were available and immediately replaced. For repairs, I wont be visiting anyone else again.

I will recommend Dewhot to anyone who wants to switch to gas and is looking for a company with excellent after-sales service. What a team they are! They always come out as quickly as possible and go the extra mile to fix a problem. Special shoutout to Luke. Always helpful, always professional! Only a pleasure to deal with Dewhot.

Candice Golden was really helpful and prompt to get back to me regarding some questions that I had regarding a 30 liter fan forced Dewhot gas boiler/ geyser. She was also very helpful after my order was placed to see that it gets shipped asap. Great service.

I am perhaps a little biased towards Dewhot as we have been installing Dewhot products for 10 years plus. I am always pleasantly surprised that they always treat me like a first time customer. The quality of their products and service level towards me and my clients is brilliant, and having that backup from your major product supplier is fantastic!

I have had the pleasure of purchasing a 8L Dewhot geyser which I can definitely recommend and had the guidance and all my questions answered promptly and professionally with that proper human touch of understanding how to assist. Of all the products I have installed as a domestic Gas practitioner I have had the least hassles with DEWHOT, in fact I can't remember having even one hassle. My family personally replaced all their geysers with DEWHOT and the saving we have on our energy bill is amazing, it literally pays for itself. Also I must also mention that the service provided by the DEWHOT team is great and leading force in the industry.

Dewhot is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Their gas geysers are excellent. I installed 3 geysers close to 10 years ago and only recently replaced 1 unit. Their backup service is excellent. They always have spares and provide quick turnaround times on maintenance work. The also provide on-site repairs. I've never had to wait or complain. Their pricing is fair. I switched to gas because of load shedding and have always had a warm shower when the power goes out. The owner takes pride in he's work and is hands-on involved in managing the business. He should run Eskom.

Both sales and technical teams extremely helpful. Their support turnaround time is amazing. Professional, prompt and eager to assist.

Real great service. Real great product. Bought a water heater from them 2 years ago. Not a moment of regret. They helped me via whatsapp and photo's to find a problem on my camping geyser from a different brand. Even on the 28th of December when the same camping geyser eventually broke and left me with cold showers they organized a way for me to pay and receive my new Dewhot camping geaser before the new year. 12/10 would definitely recommend 👌

We received the geyser yesterday afternoon.

I just want to know, must the person installing the geyser for us complete the warranty and if completed must we send it to someone or do we just keep it on file for warranty purposes.

It a good place & a good service with a smile

Helpful and knowledgeble. They gave me excellent advice and I bought a 12L LP gas geyser. LP stands for low pressure. Due to ongoing water cuts down on the south coast my place is going to be gravity fed from a high tank, so I still get water when the power is off. This unit ticks all the boxes and seems to be quality. ... Dewhot seems to be the kzn distribution center but they sell as well. .. The industrial unit complex they are in doesnt seem to have a number on the outside but the gate guard was helpful. .. Good stuff guys.

I recently purchased an ndct16 unit from Dewhot. It has been running for just over three months under fairly trying conditions. Installed in the Karoo using unfiltered borehole water. This particular unit was recommended by Marcel due to my low water pressure. It has performed above my expectations. Up to now it has been running a bath, basin and kitchen sink on a 19kg gas cylinder which lasted for 3 months. It heats the water quickly and efficiently, with 2.00m from the geyser to the bath, hot water is coming through after only about 1.5 litres has passed through the unit. This is a great buy and does everything it says on the boxGerald Crisp
